Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Database and Automation team to identify and deliver business improvements through the re-engineering and automation of enterprise databases and reporting processes.

Work with existing methods, applications, and infrastructure to design and implement more efficient and effective operational processes.

Work closely with subject matter experts throughout the business to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Advanced Knowledge of SQL

Advanced Knowledge of SQL Tools

Strong expertise in SQL and SQL tools

Experience in database management, reporting, and automation processes

Ability to understand, document, and re-engineer existing database structures and processes to improve efficiency

Background in working within enterprise environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Good personality and motivation to produce results

Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments

Proven ability to work effectively in an enterprise setting, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

Preferred

Familiarity with ServiceNow will be an asset
