Responsibilities
Administer and maintain IBM DataStage environments.
Plan and execute the migration of DataStage workloads from on-premises to AWS.
Optimize and configure DataStage environments on AWS for performance and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot DataStage jobs and resolve any issues during migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and migration.
Provide post-migration support and documentation.

Required
Proven experience as a DataStage Administrator with migration expertise.
Hands-on experience in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Strong understanding of DataStage configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Experience in on-prem to cloud migration projects.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
