Responsibilities
Ensure the functionality and usability of our internal software applications while diagnosing and resolving issues
Support cloud-based applications
Work with cloud DB technologies such as Snowflake
Write queries and develop scripts using Python/PowerShell for ETL processes
Perform routine operational tasks
Troubleshoot errors
Initiate corrective and preventive actions as necessary

Required
A minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Servers
Bachelor’s degree in IS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in database high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Effective verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across different organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document issues and resolutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-cultural team.
