Responsibilities

Accountable for the accuracy of general ledger coding of expenses and ensuring timely payment to service providers

Continued development and management of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools

Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end close of financial reporting

Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and preparation of presentations to Senior Management to support strategic initiatives

Proactively develop ideas for process improvements, make recommendations, drive and implement efficiencies that have a positive impact on the business and company

Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with the ability to bring cross-departmental teams together to accomplish a common goal

Ability to work with external service providers and manage carrier relationships

Participate in ongoing training and sharing knowledge with others
