Responsibilities
Contact debtors via phone, email, and other communication methods to secure payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements to achieve optimal recovery.
Track, document, and report collection activities using debt collection software.
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets through effective strategies.
Collaborate with team members and management to innovate and refine collection approaches.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in debt collection, with a strong track record of success.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in finance or a related field preferred.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in debt collection software and CRM systems.
Proven ability to manage high-volume collections and consistently achieve recovery goals.
Money-motivated with a history of exceeding financial targets.
Creative problem-solver with a willingness to explore and implement new strategies.
Preferred
Additional certifications or education in finance or a related field preferred.
Experience in payday loans, automotive finance, or consumer debt industries highly preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
