Responsibilities
We generate all of our leads inhouse, so all prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions.
YOU WILL NOT BE COLD CALLING leads.
You will use a consultative sales approach and offer clients an array of debt consolidation related products and provide them solutions to their immediate needs.
Have a strong grasp of a consultative sales process and offer clients an array of debt consolidation related products and provide them solutions to their immediate needs with a proven history of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
Complete an application for our customers; pull credit, and gather documents for underwriting to facilitate a close.
Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards.

Required
Strong grasp of a consultative sales process
Proven history of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
Complete an application for customers; pull credit, and gather documents for underwriting to facilitate a close
Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
Ability to work at least one weekend day if possible
Ability to think and move quickly while taking an empathetic approach to helping customers
Solid computer skills with experience managing CRM programs
Success exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment
Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year of call center sales experience
Experience making outbound dials on warm leads
Financial Services experience
