Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including calling, referrals, and networking.
Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' debt situations and financial goals.
Educate clients on debt settlement options and develop personalized debt relief plans.
Present and explain our services, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
Negotiate with creditors to settle clients' debts at the most favorable terms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the debt settlement process.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Required

Proven track record in sales, preferably in a financial or related industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
An empathetic approach to understand and help clients in challenging financial situations.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Preferred

Knowledge of debt settlement and financial services is a plus.
Knowledge of debt settlement and financial planning concepts is a plus.
Experience in Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
