Responsibilities
Analyzes and compiles new reporting from multiple sources while ensuring the information is complete, accurate, and meaningful.
Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting relating Accounting, Finance, Facility Operational, Revenue Cycle, Sales, Quality & Safety, or Patient Access as assigned.
Utilizes software such as Tableau and SQL to create high-performing and actionable insights.
Manages assigned projects in Tableau reporting website to ensure data is easily understandable and accurate.
Reviews and troubleshoots internal support requests through the Halo ticketing system and resolves in a timely manner.
Interacts with Decision Support Data Engineering team as needed to ensure data accuracy.
Administers Tableau training and Q&A sessions for 280+ end-users as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Two plus years’ experience in Data Analysis
Expert knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to process and identify opportunities by sourcing all available internal and external data
Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem solving skills
Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
