Responsibilities

Be an advocate for our clients.
Onboard and implement the programs of a wide range of clients.
Work closely with Client Success Managers, Solutions Experts, and Engineering teams to best assist with client needs and meet company goals.
Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.
Develop and share Best Practices with clients and internal teams.
Document and record all ongoing project work.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes that will impact Cordial clients.

Required

3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role.
Familiarity with MTA service providers (Mailgun, Sparkpost, SendGrid, Halon, PMTA, etc).
Expertise in the intricacies of sending to top-level MBPs.
Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions.
A good understanding of email authentication, SPF, DKIM, DMARC & BIMI.
Experience with onboarding clients including building and executing ramp plans.
Autonomous in day-to-day work, with the ability to identify the next prioritized task.
Ability to interpret high-level data on behalf of non-technical marketers and communicate the idea in an easily digestible format.
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, both internally and externally.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills (diagnosis, options assessment, recommendation and escalation).
Proficient in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
Experience using self-hosted MTA such as KUMO, GreenArrow or similar.
Strong presentational skills, both building and delivering.
Commercially minded.
