Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis: Engage with client business SMEs to capture and document detailed requirements for Costpoint features, workflows, and custom functionalities.
System Configuration: Implement light to moderate configurations within Deltek Costpoint, including setup of modules, fields, and workflows to meet specific client requirements.
Custom Report Development: Create and modify reports using Costpoint’s reporting tools to ensure the output aligns with client metrics and performance needs.
Integration Support: Facilitate data integrations and interface requirements with other systems as needed, ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy between platforms.
Demo and Stakeholder Review: Conduct demonstrations of configured capabilities for client stakeholders, review configurations, and solicit actionable feedback for iterative improvements.
Testing and Validation: Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to confirm system stability, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration specifications, testing results, and user guides as required.

Required
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, with a focus on both functional configuration and technical customization.
Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint configuration, including experience with core modules (e.g., Project Management, Accounting, Procurement).
Basic scripting or SQL skills for querying data, generating reports, and managing database integrations.
Experience in data integration and interfaces between Deltek Costpoint and other enterprise systems.
Preferred
Familiarity with API configurations within Deltek for data exchange and automation.
Experience with workflows, custom fields, and module permissions in Costpoint.
Experience working with technology companies and GPS (Government/Public Sector) clients.
