Responsibilities

Craft and conduct test scripts and plans for various initiatives (RevGen, Vision Upgrades, Intercompany Billing, Multi-Currency, etc.)

Supporting data integration for merger and acquisition companies, from their legacy systems onto their VantagePoint platform.

Lead redesign/creation of new VantagePoint process related training material based on input from Finance, Project Finance and Project Managers

Identify gaps and opportunities for automation

Partner with the Project Finance team in bringing efficiencies to the monthly and daily process and improve upon existing billing system integrations and reporting needs

Collaborate with Business Intelligence to ensure business practices align with report output requests

Occasionally Aid in data cleanup efforts, application upgrade preparation and customization requests

Utilize business intelligence tools (SQL, R, Power BI and Tableau) for mining and analyzing data to aid business decisions and financial/project reporting

Support Deltek VantagePoint ERP data, dashboards and reporting tools for business analysis

Ensure data integrity by enforcing access control for all data streams

Understand and demonstrate to end-users Deltek Vision ERP functionality

Lead/participate in assigned BI/Finance projects and deliver milestones, due dates, and results

Write and review technical and functional documents, including requirements, schemas, and design documents for existing and future systems changes. Assist in project scoping

Assist in integrations and implementations with recently merged entities to ensure successful transition to Deltek platform

Develop and lead system focused training sessions for new users, newly acquired companies and subject matter experts

Participate in the personal Employee Assessment & Development process.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the project team or deemed appropriate of the position by management.

Required

2 years of experience with Prior Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is required.

Any Combination of SQL, SSRS, R, Power BI and/or Tableau Experience

Strong understanding of general finance/business workflow

Ability to prioritize multiple conflicting priorities while driving towards pragmatic decisions/actions.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience.
