Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive high-quality MQLs, supporting our business goals.
Manage and execute demand generation initiatives, including but not limited to email marketing, digital advertising, content syndication, webinars, and nurture programs.
Build and optimize lead nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel, increasing conversion rates and accelerating sales opportunities.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to align on messaging, assets, and campaign strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor and report on key demand generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to meet or exceed MQL targets.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email, landing page, and ad performance, ensuring consistent growth in lead quality and volume.
Assist in managing the demand generation budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and deliver maximum ROI.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding MQL targets and driving measurable pipeline growth.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, paid search, social media, content syndication, and display advertising.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Familiarity with the healthcare or physical therapy space is a plus but not required.
Experience in high-velocity SaaS is a plus but not required
An eye for design to ensure demand assets are appealing
