Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive lead acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROI) to optimize efforts. Report on the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and make data-driven recommendations
Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences

Required
5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related role
Expertise in demand generation tactics including email marketing, paid search, display ads, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and/or Tableau
Ability to create and manage integrated campaigns with measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
Highly organized with a proactive attitude and an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Creative, innovative, and always seeking new ways to drive results and stay ahead of industry trends
Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
