Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Build and execute sophisticated multi-touch campaigns in HubSpot, including workflow automation, personalized content delivery, and segmentation strategies to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks to maximize reach and ROI.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, and content syndication.
Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey, utilizing personalized content and automated workflows.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, effective follow-up, and alignment on target personas and messaging.
Continuously refine demand generation processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate and enhance campaign elements, including ad creatives, landing pages, and email subject lines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand generation strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in demand generation, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.
Up-to-date knowledge of demand generation best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple ad platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Admin and management experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
