Responsibilities
Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
Test data-driven approaches to optimize campaign impact and improve team efficiency.
Turn successful campaign experiments into scalable, repeatable programs.
Design buyer journeys that guide prospects through the funnel, delivering the right message at the right time.
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns targeting the full funnel.
Execute end-to-end campaigns such as webinars, direct mail, and email to generate leads and accelerate deals.
Analyze campaign metrics to identify insights and improve strategies over time.
Partner with the Sales team to drive conversion and maximize impact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
Proactively contribute to team goals, helping drive marketing-qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline growth.

Required
4+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, preferably in the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
Extremely comfortable inside of Hubspot for demand generation.
Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns from start to finish effectively.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
Skilled in creating high-quality email, webinar, and campaign content.
An eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Youtube.
