Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns with measurable goals for MQL and SQL generation.
Balance proven strategies with sensible experimentation (80%/20% rule) to refine our marketing mix and achieve high-impact outcomes.
Execute Events (third-party events as well as executive dinners/happy hours) with a high level of quality, a scrappy approach to resourcing, and a focus on ROI
Partner closely with Sales to align on messaging, tactics, and metrics, ensuring campaigns resonate with our target audience of sales leaders.
Actively contribute ideas, advocate for resources, and leverage team feedback to adjust and optimize the approach.
Set and achieve OKR-driven goals, bringing clarity, organization, and follow-through to all your initiatives.

Required
2-5 years experience with demand generation in a B2B setting, ideally in companies that sell sales technology and target sales leaders (think Gong, Highspot, etc) or that sell into the healthcare industry.
Skills in content creation, email marketing, event marketing, and social media marketing.
Proficient with Hubspot or other marketing automation software as well as Wordpress, Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
A proactive approach to taking the reins, owning initiatives end-to-end, and pushing campaigns to the finish line with a high level of polish and attention to detail.
Curiosity about SEO and paid media.
A track record of taking initiative to solve problems, push campaigns forward, and bring an entrepreneurial approach to driving demand generation in a high-growth environment.
