Responsibilities

Developing and implementing paid strategies to meet lead goals
Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets and review P&Ls
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Set up and manage website analytics and conversion tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to create funnels, optimize user experience, run CRO tests, and improve conversion rates.
Perform research (discovery and expansion) to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
Managing and improving sales-qualified leads.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, then implement those strategies.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Required

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Systems, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward overcoming challenges.
Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable, fast internet connection and a dependable computer setup.
