Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive demand generation and customer acquisition strategies and programs that differentiate us in a valuable way.
Continuously shift resources towards activities that make us unique, moving resources away from non-differentiated efforts.
Own the Demand Plan and metrics
Own the end-to-end Demand, plan, and ensure that it is aligned with our Sales plans.
Ensure alignment within all elements of the Demand plan, helping to forecast and preemptively address gaps.
Program manage our Demand Program
Drive our overall Demand transformation efforts.
Ensure there is good understanding of plans, progress, and blockers.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks in our Demand process.
Oversee prospect data enrichment efforts.
Develop systems to identify buying signals, prioritize accounts, and enhance the effectiveness of sales outreach.
Work with our Marketing Operations team on lead prioritization and lead routing.
Drive technology adoption within teams, focusing on tools that enable sustained and differentiated customer impact.
Oversee the Business Development Representative (BDR) teams.
Define clear performance metrics, track performance diligently, and identify coaching opportunities to drive excellence.
Develop effective outbound sales strategies and evaluate tools that enhance prospecting efforts.
Embrace AI and technology to spot patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend actions that improve sales effectiveness.
Analyze conversion rates and optimize the sales funnel to improve customer acquisition.
Work with Marketing Ops to develop marketing attribution models to optimize budget allocation and forecast demand accurately.
Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, turning insights into actionable strategies that improve performance.
Think like a decision/data scientist, enabling smart decisions with data at every step.
Oversee the management of the SDR/BDR technology stack, ensuring tools are effectively adopted and utilized.
Facilitate alignment between sales and marketing teams to ensure unified strategies and objectives.
Work closely with sales systems, marketing operations, and regional operations teams to coordinate efforts and share insights.
Make proactive recommendations based on data-driven insights, not just understanding what happened but predicting and shaping future outcomes.
Embrace experimentation to learn quickly, analyze uncertainties, and take calculated risks when necessary.
