Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to analyze and enhance the lead generation pipeline.
Optimize messaging and sequencing in campaigns both in and out of Engage platform to nurture leads from campaigns, events, partner lists etc.
Implement list outreach processes to target new logos, ABM for sales reps, lead nurturing, and filling AHEAD events.
Assist in training of newly hired ASU team members including but not limited to tools training, cold calling, email best practices, lead nurturing, new logo outreach, navigating and leveraging internal AHEAD resources, solutions and partnerships.
Monitor and distribute inbound chat leads to ASU team members and Client Directors
Monitor and distribute inbound leads from all marketing promotions, events and campaigns including validation through ZoomInfo, WebFX and Hubspot.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns, call blitz efforts, and events with BDR performance.
Support the creation and refinement of targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
Use marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to manage and optimize marketing outreach efforts as they relate to BDR activity; serve as liaison to tool platforms for any questions or technical issues.
Analyze and segment customer data, including buyer intent reports and account list mappings, to provide insights for personalized marketing efforts for the BDRs.
Attend weekly meetings with ASU team members, digital marketing team, and client experiences team.
Work with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business development goals.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve marketing and sales collaboration.

Required
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with BDRs and other teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights that align with business development goals.
2-3 years of experience in marketing analysis, sales analysis, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience working with a BDR team or sales organization.
Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping.
Understanding of lead scoring, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
