Responsibilities
Develop, manage, validate, and communicate demand forecasts for all SKUs and Customers (the Demand Plan) for The Honey Pot Company.
Supports the Supply team as a key stakeholder in the MRP and S&OP process.
Become a leading company expert on SKU and retailer trends.
Identify trending SKU activity through analysis of internal and external data, predict and react to the needs of teammates to build strategic alignment herein.
Performance management of the Demand Plan, KPI reporting on forecast accuracy and bias tracking.
Present the Demand Plan to all company stakeholders as a part of the monthly S&OP process.
Performs ad-hoc and demand analysis across company initiatives, scenarios, and plays an integral role in annual budget building.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in either: Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Business Operations, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain and/or Demand planning roles; CPG experience highly encouraged.
Self-starter with the ability to align priorities towards the organization. Takes initiative and proactively looks for and suggests improvements.
Must be advanced in Excel and have experience with Power Query, Power BI and/or Tableau.
Excellent communicator, able to identify trends, risk, and opportunity through analysis and convey actionable plans in a digestible and clear manner.
Detail-oriented, must be able to interpret internal and external data and build alignment with teammates.
Positive team player, able to work closely with teammates and support cross-functional groups, predict and react to changes quickly.
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP systems is a PLUS.
ASCM or other Supply Chain certifications are a PLUS.
Experience with syndicated databases: i.e., Nielsen.
