Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze claims to identify denial reasons and create appeal letters to resolve any issues.

Contact payers to learn the status of previously resubmitted claims, written appeals, or updates on incoming claims payments.

Utilizing strong attention to detail, you will calculate expected claim reimbursement and notate accounts with updates received via email/phone from commercial or government payers.
