Responsibilities

Handle internal and external member calls; troubleshoot accounts and electronic banking service inquiries

Provide assistance for Home Banking/Bill Payment; Remote Deposit Capture; Audio Responses and Mobile Banking; debit questions, ACH/Debit Card disputes and ordering and account corrections

Process ACH and Check in-clearing; electronic payments; address/return mail and verification; IRAs

Complete levies/research/subpoenas/deposit verifications

Participate in annual abandoned property process

Process minor and notice action changes

Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma

1+ years related work experience in the banking or credit union industry (3+ years for Senior Specialist/ 5+ years for Supervisor)

Strong organizational and customer service skills (Exceptional for Supervisor Role)

Strong verbal and written communication skills (Exceptional for Supervisor Role)

Detail oriented and the ability to work independently

Preferred

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task maintaining a high degree of detail and accuracy across many assignments (Senior Specialist/Supervisor)

Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively handle complex member needs and fraud cases (Senior Specialist/Supervisor)
