Responsibilities
Support operational, technical, financial, and other aspects of leadership to the research team
Enable high performance, efficiency processes, and effective delivery of research projects
Conduct metascience projects that assess the current state of practice
Lead, mentor, and manage teams including hiring and performance reviews
Lead and execute multi-year research projects involving in-house teams and research collaborators
Cultivate teams and lead strong team project performance

Required
Deep experience leading, mentoring, and managing teams (e.g., hiring, managing, performance reviews)
Demonstrated experience leading and executing multi-year research projects involving in-house teams and research collaborators
Strong familiarity and experience in research methodology
Strong familiarity with metascience
Experience with project management and partnership development
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to problem-solve, productively address and reconcile conflicts that arise
Strong writing and presentation skills
Experience cultivating teams and leading strong team project performance
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail and timing
Ability to adapt to varied and changing priorities
Values transparent, rigorous, and reproducible research
Expertise (PhD or equivalent) in experiment-oriented research domain.
5-7 years experience providing leadership and executing multi-year research projects involving internal and external collaborators.
Experience with personnel management.
