Responsibilities

Oversee a cross-functional, multi-site team comprised of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations, Quality & Mission Success, and Sustainment.

Deliver integrated vehicle systems while meeting cost, schedule, and system performance objectives.

Work in a highly dynamic customer environment, manage large-scale subcontractors, and translate customer needs into actionable plans aligned with program objectives.

Brief executive-level leadership within Lockheed Martin and with the customer.

Run significant portions of major program reviews and drive program execution across a diverse team.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

Experience managing all aspects of design, development, procurement, systems integration, test, production support, and sustainment of propulsion systems

Experience overseeing cross-functional teams in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations, Quality & Mission Success, and Sustainment

Ability to deliver integrated vehicle systems meeting cost, schedule, and system performance objectives

Experience working in a highly dynamic customer environment

Experience managing large scale subcontractors

Ability to translate dynamic customer needs into an actionable plan aligned with program objectives

Experience briefing executive level leadership within the company and with customers

Experience running significant portions of major program reviews

Ability to drive program execution across a diverse team

Willingness to travel quarter to half time
