Responsibilities
The Program Manager shall be the Contractor’s primary point of contact (POC) for all matters pertaining to this contract and shall bear ultimate responsibility for ensuring requirements described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are herein performed satisfactorily.
The PM shall serve as the USG’s primary POC for all technical matters pertaining to this order.
Experience managing program goals to include recruiting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees.
Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
Comfortable communicating with high ranking government officials.
Must be capable of moderate physical exertion to include the ability to lift and carry items up to fifty (50) pounds, be able to conduct travel, and work within the Platform’s environment with a limited support infrastructure.
Experience providing effective logistical support and coordinating operations seamlessly.

Required
Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience, to include a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role supporting work in the CONUS and OCONUS.
Project management experience shall consist of experience serving as the senior-most in-country management official responsible for management of a given project, with a particular focus on managing translators and interpreters.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
