Responsibilities

Review and approve submitted project plans and specifications for Weather Tightness Warranty (WTW).

Respond via telephone, email, or formal writing to technical inquiries related to design and code requirements.

Coordinate with Sales and customers to gather required project information for review completion.

Participate in job site visits to evaluate field condition and offer necessary design options.

Assist in updating specification and code approval guide materials.

Assist Senior Manager and/or Project Review Manager with miscellaneous CAM projects.

Required

Thorough understanding of construction and architectural practices including, but not limited to, wind uplift, air/water/fire testing, international and Florida building codes

Thorough understanding of roof installation techniques

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong Microsoft Office and freehand or electronic developed illustrations experience

Self-starter, able to work both independently as well as part of a team

Bachelor’s Degree

Two (2) years of relevant experience
