Responsibilities
Collaborate with Creative Director to lead visual design and scalable creative concepting across various projects
Create design systems with a strong conceptual foundation
Ensure design thinking is communicated throughout different teams
Maintain brand guidelines and quality standards in all design work
Prepare and present ideas to creative team, stakeholders, and brand partners
Support project team in understanding design needs and resourcing
Participate in team brainstorms, mentor junior/senior designers, and stay updated on industry trends
Recommend and support team in outreach to creative partners and collaborators

Required
Bachelor's degree or art school degree
10+ years of relevant work experience
Exceptional visual design and graphic skills.
A portfolio of recent design work is required for consideration
Experience in digital and print design
Ability to multitask and handle several creative projects simultaneously
Critical thinking, creative problem solving, and excellent communication skills are a must
Ability to lead client presentations and meetings, and drive overall design for branded projects
Proactive, team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Can easily adapt to new challenges and think out of the box
Must have experience leading teams in a creative studio, or in the worlds of marketing, entertainment, music, art, fashion or sports industries
Fluent in Adobe creative tools, Google Slides, and Keynote
