Responsibilities
Develop designs to meet customer requirements during new product development.
Plan and support the execution of validation of designs both in controlled settings and possibly with actual customer applications.
Collaborate with supply chain engineering and manufacturing to bring solutions to market in a timely and cost-efficient fashion.

Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required
7-10 years experience required
Proficiency in Creo/Pro-E for 3D modeling
General understanding of machinery and construction equipment
General understanding of engines and engine installation
Validation and instrumented testing methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team / collaborative environment
Strong planning and organizing skills necessary to deliver projects on time
Preferred
Mechanical engineering degree preferred, but willing to review other engineering degrees
Some kind of 3D modeling such as Proficiency in Creo/Pro-E
