Responsibilities
Create and submit Drafting package for third party Auto Cad drafters.
Become a subject matter expert on the Qcells Q.Home battery system and Q.Volt string inverter for residential applications.
Perform quality reviews on completed design packages.
Confirm scope of work and generate work orders for construction.
Compare the scope of work against the signed agreement and ensure the project was sold with the appropriate adders.
Create a system to streamline or automate work order creation.
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with design vendors on performance
Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best practices.
Analyze data to understand the most common design failures and provide feedback to design vendors on areas for improvement.

Required
Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ work experience as an engineer with minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in solar system design and engineering.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detailed, analytical thinker with ability to recruit and lead quantitative talent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present credit management, vision and strategy in internal and external forums.
Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
Process driven while finding long-term solutions.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering or related field.
