Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the design vision and strategy.

Drive the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.

Required

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing design teams.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with API development and familiarity with developer tools and platforms is highly desirable.

Preferred

Knowledge of Postman, the product and understanding of software technologies

Experience shipping consumer grade experiences to large audiences

Strong user centricity in the form of interactions with real-world users of your product

Experience managing a variety of teams and diverse people

Being a vocal proponent of UX and product design outside of your current role
