Responsibilities
Identify, investigate, and research user questions and problems, and work to resolve issues related to information systems.
Answer incoming calls and input details into the ticket tracking software.
Escalate complex issues to Level II analysts for further resolution.

Required
High school diploma or GED.
Technical training experience in computer, printer and scanner troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Microsoft Windows: 3 years (Required)
Desktop support: 5 years (Required)
Customer Service or Call Center: 1 year (Required)
English (Required)
Preferred
Relevant college coursework and certifications.
Experience in remote PC support.
