Desktop Support - Voice Scope

Responsibilities
Conduct deployment testing of new telephony devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve user-related incidents, escalating to 2nd/3rd line support when necessary.
Support IPC, Avaya Telephony, and Zoom-related faults at users' desks.
Coordinate with 2nd/3rd support teams to log incidents with third parties such as IPC.
Maintain accurate incident records and provide regular updates to customers and management.
Collaborate with the team to support other engineers and assist during major incidents or changes.
Provide onsite support as needed, including after hours and during major incidents.

Required
Experience in trade floor support and trader voice telephony (IPC/Avaya/Zoom).
Understanding of telephony solutions and integrations (private wires, voice recording).
Ability to handle telephony issues at users' desks and escalate as necessary.
Proficiency with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow
