Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day resolution to customers as a Sr. Deskside Support Technician.
Generate, track, escalate, and follow through on customer requests for client-related services.
Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, utilizing expert-level technical knowledge.
Report directly to the Service Delivery Manager and provide end-user support when the Service Desk is unable to.
Suggest and support process improvements to achieve service excellence.
Demonstrate flexible thinking, seek new solutions, and handle software deployments and patches in a multi-thousand endpoint environment.
Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripherals, maintain Group Policy objects, and support Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts, manage technology projects, and provide VPN client support.
Stay updated on new enterprise technologies, utilize ServiceNow ticketing system, and support A/V equipment and Citrix.
Understand financial applications, security practices, and anti-virus products, and be competent in video conferencing tools.
Maintain hardware and software asset management systems, deal with stakeholders at all levels, and handle competing priorities effectively.

Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems or IT related discipline preferred.
Experience in a Desktop Engineering role required.
Must have prior C suite support.
Proven experience handling software deployments and patches in multi-thousand endpoint environment comprised of Windows 10 and Mac OSX.
Prior experience utilizing End Point Management solutions.
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
Extensive knowledge troubleshooting PC hardware, software and peripherals
Proven experience creating, maintaining and updating Group Policy objects
Strong knowledge and support of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Prior experience creating and maintaining Active Directory user accounts and 0365 user mailboxes.
Experience maintaining hardware and software asset management systems
Prior experience managing technology projects and deployments.
Ability to think strategically and deal effectively with competing priorities and demands
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
Experience providing Virtual Private Network (VPN) client support.
Experience supporting A/V equipment (highly desired).
Experience with Citrix (highly desired).
Understanding of financial applications preferred, Bloomberg, Factset, etc.
Experience with security, disk encryption, and anti-virus products.
Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing.
Must have clean driving record and valid DL.
Preferred
Exposure to PC virtualization technology preferred.
Knowledge of new and emerging enterprise technologies (ex: Intune, Windows Analytics, Autopilot)
Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
