Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, computer peripherals
Resolve internal user issues and ensure correct operation of personal computers
Provide end user support for approved and installed software
Onboard/offboard employees
Implement and follow security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard the environment and data
Other duties as assigned

Required
Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
1+ years direct experience with M365
Ability to support Microsoft operating systems
Proven ability to investigate complex issues spanning multiple technologies and drive to resolution
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; ability to adapt to change and a quick learner
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in diagnosing complex issues
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
Preferred
Preferred experience in the financial industry
Knowledge of Mac OS
Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations, including management
Experience with risk management in critical environments
Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance and standards
