Experience supporting ELT teams

Experience in supporting Audio/Video conferencing equipment

Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS

Proficient in AD, Windows and Mac OS operating system

Bitlocker Encryption through Intune

Experience in SCCM, OS and Software distribution technologies

Experience supporting ELT teams

Experience in supporting Audio/Video conferencing equipment

MS Outlook, Team and other office productivity tools
