Responsibilities
Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, interests, and budgets
Create and customize travel itineraries that include accommodations, transportation, tours, and special activities
Manage travel bookings from start to finish, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and event tickets
Build relationships with suppliers and leverage partnerships to secure the best deals and experiences
Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry changes
Handle client queries and provide support before, during, and after travel
Market travel services and grow your client base through networking and social media
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions

Required
Strong knowledge of travel planning, including international destinations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Preferred
Experience with booking platforms and supplier portals
Sales experience or familiarity with commission-based roles is a plus
