Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of business functions related to the design, development, and support of a commercial banking billing software application.

Quality assurance testing includes creating and following test plans/cases/scripts, working with testing tools (including spreadsheets and a defect tracking system), as well as documenting test results, meeting deadlines, etc.

Assist in customer facing duties as needed, including responses to customer and prospect inquiries, providing education and training, as well as user group interaction and direct customer support.

Become a product expert on the software features, functionality, and usage, including operating environment and system configuration.

Participate in product development, enhancements, new releases, and bug fixes.
