Responsibilities

Assist with the maintenance, enhancement, and development of current and new software applications under user specifications

Analyze and evaluate processes to determine opportunities for improved efficiency and productivity

Prepare scope documents to ensure user requirements are documented and defined

Develop management reports and queries in support of credit union business management

Participate, on a rotating basis, in the resolution and correction of program and other related errors affecting production programs during the normal workday and off-duty hours
