Responsibilities

Assists ServiceNow Application Architect and ServiceNow System Administrators with change requests, data integration, incident resolution, as needed

Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and services

Support integration with ServiceNow

Understand the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API’s, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS

Working with the supervisor, develop estimates of the work effort necessary to deliver application solutions based on the project specifications provided.

Organize, build, and validate all segments of the code related to a specific build (release) for final User Acceptance Testing.

Required

2 years of hands-on programming experience in applications development.

Experience applying digital accessibility regulations and standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) to business processes, content, tools, and/or documents, with the ability to provide specific examples of accessibility improvements made.

Preferred

3+ years of relevant experience in a Software development role

3+ years experience working in an Agile Scrum team development

3+ years experience with JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS

3+ years DevOps experience with test driven development (TDD)

3 years experience working with customers directly on software development project

Skilled in software release and change management processes

Proficiency in time and task management.

Proficiency with Google Suite

2+ years of experience developing with ServiceNow modules and services, with preference toward ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Portal and Catalog development, and integrations

2+ years of experience developing with ServiceNow modules and services, with preference toward ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Portal and Catalog development, App Engine, and integrations

Working knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and capabilities, e.g. Flow Designer, UI Builder, App Engine Studio, etc.
