Responsibilities
Assist with change requests, data integration, and incident resolution alongside the ServiceNow Application Architect and System Administrators.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Support integrations with ServiceNow and understand key technologies like APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
Collaborate with the team to estimate work effort and deliver application solutions.
Organize, build, and validate code for User Acceptance Testing in preparation for release.

Required
2 years of hands-on experience in application development.
Experience with digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and applying them to business processes, content, tools, or documents.
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Proficiency with JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and test-driven development (TDD).
