Troubleshoot issues and work closely with the development team to resolve them
Improve product and processes to automate the busywork
Gather user feedback and advocate for customer needs internally
Maintain our documentation to help developers find answers quickly

Required
3+ years of experience
Resolve customer issues and bugs
Support our community through platforms like Discord, Pylon, chatbot, etc.

Worked at a developer-first team before

Experience with web scraping, crawling, or data extraction tools
Can consistently work in the American timezone
