Responsibilities
Manage recurring donor program, Sentinel, to include donor program stewardship and maintenance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve targets for email marketing, social media advertising and events related to the Sentinel program
Support Development Team efforts through active prospect research for new grant, corporate and individual donors using best-in-class strategies and tools.
Manage employee giving, matching gift portals, and 3rd party fundraising sites (administrators and individual organizations); Double Your Donation, Benevity, Easy Match, Cybergrants, Facebook and Instagram Fundraising, GoFundMe and other social giving sites
Act as liaison for assigned third-party special event fundraisers, providing best-in-class customer service to partners
Act as first point of contact for incoming development requests
Identify key in-kind needs for organization and actively work with Development Team to identify partners and secure in-kind gifts
Ensure individual giving data and opportunities are accurately represented in Salesforce
Act as Development Team power user for fundraising platforms through collaborative partnership with Technology Department
Provide national revenue event and partner support as needed to achieve organizational goals
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Development

Required
Passion for service to country and the veteran population
Gritty, determined, and able to handle adversity in pursuit of large, long-term goals
Experience managing and coordinating complex relationships
Confident working with senior executives; can negotiate and build consensus
Demonstrated success and experience in business development and/or partnership activation
Clear history of providing high-level, quality customer service to external partners
History of meeting aggressive fundraising goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be physically active and able to lead and participate in fitness events
Preferred
Veteran status is preferred, but not required
Willingness to leverage social media and embrace physical fitness/challenges publicly to lead and inspire others
