Responsibilities

Maintain and Support code and automation for cloud-based application delivery
Remediate container security findings for supported applications
Participate in standups
Write comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems and procedures
Design compliance-as-code for verification and alerting of configuration and scan findings
Support 3rd Party Audit efforts

Required

Experience with AWS resources
Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Experience as a Software Developer with languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Java, and C++
Experience with containerization and micro-services architecture
Troubleshooting skills in the technologies surrounding cloud delivery or container services
Experience with Sprint and Agile methodology
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional work experience in field
Experience creating, debugging CI/CD pipelines
Experience with InfluxData products
Experience with Kafka
Application services including Lambda, Step Functions and AWS SDKs
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
Experience working in or with a regulated industry, where compliance or security is critical
