Responsibilities

Review private development construction plans, hydraulic calculations, supplier shop drawings, and permits for compliance with Toho Water Authority standards.

Develop project specific requirements for inclusion in project legal documents.

Manage heavy workload of private development projects with a professional, customer service orientation requiring close coordination with developers, contractors, Toho Water Authority staff.

Schedules and administers pre-design and pre-construction meetings with engineers and contractors.

Calculates system development charges and other fees by evaluating plans and building permits and associated submittals.

Inspects construction sites at lift station start-ups and final inspections; verify compliance with Toho Water Authority requirements.

Provides information to the public in a professional and customer service-oriented manner.

All other duties as assigned.
