Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Understand, Interpret, and clarify functional requirements as well as technical requirements

Develop data focused solutions architectures to support current and emerging business needs

Should understand the overall system landscape, upstream and downstream systems

Develop future state architecture, technology, and migration plans

Demonstrates demonstrable ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners

Collaborates with and leads multiple large multi-functional project teams for requirements & delivery

Review and optimize ETL tech specifications and code developed by the offshore team

Provide mentorship on debugging and problem-solving

Ensure alignment with overall system architecture and data flow

13 years + relevant experience

IICS CAI Lead Experience: 5 years +

Sr Dev Lead Experience with hands on: 5 years +

Core experience in IICS CAI, CDI with Life Sciences customers

Overall IT Experience: 10 years +

Overall 10-12 years of strong ETL development and Architecting experience

Experience in Data Warehouse, Solution Design and Data Analytics

Should be able to write ETL tech specifications, source to target mappings and develop the code efficiently

Ability to demonstrate Informatica Cloud features/functions to achieve best results

Strong experience of IICS Cloud Application Integration (CAI) Service

Strong experience of IICS Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Service

Exposure to IICS Integration Hub service

Broad understanding on cloud technologies

Hands on experience in performance tuning, pushdown optimization in IICS

Experience in SQL and UNIX scripting

Person can drive the discussions, committed and takes accountability

Proactive in communication, analytical and problem solving

Good written and verbal communication skills

Very important to manage and work in matrix team

Great communication skills

Good attitude
