Responsibilities

Architect & Design Cloud Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on Crossplane and ArgoCD.

Implement GitOps Workflows: Deploy and configure Crossplane on Kubernetes clusters using a GitOps-based approach for automated infrastructure management.

Cloud Resource Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of cloud resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP, leveraging Crossplane to manage and orchestrate cloud services.

Extend Crossplane Capabilities: Develop and maintain Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs/XRDs) to extend the functionality of Crossplane and create reusable infrastructure templates.

Advanced Compositions: Design and implement complex Crossplane compositions to deliver dynamic, flexible, and automated infrastructure solutions.

Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to define architecture standards and best practices while mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Cloud Engineer or Architect, with hands-on expertise in cloud-native environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

Deep expertise in Crossplane, including deploying, configuring, and managing cross-cloud infrastructure.

Proficiency with GitOps tools like ArgoCD, Flux, or similar.

Strong experience in Kubernetes (K8s) and containerization technologies.

Demonstrated ability to design and maintain Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs/XRDs) and Crossplane compositions.

Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles, preferably using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on automation, scalability, and security.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams in best practices.
