Responsibilities
Work alongside project management teams to monitor the progress and implementation of initiatives
Understand customer requirements and project KPIs
Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
Plan the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
Manage stakeholders and external interfaces
Set up tools and required infrastructure
Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
Review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
Troubleshoot and fix code bugs
Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible
Deploy cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessment and risk management
Perform incidence management and root cause analysis
Coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers
Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools
Strive for continuous improvement and build CI/CD pipelines
Mentor and guide team members
Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs
Manage periodic reporting on progress to management and the customer
Provide clear goals for all areas of a project and oversee their timely execution
Analyze current technology within the company and develop processes for improvement
Develop steps to improve and expand technology
Ensure system security measures
Work with teams from various departments to facilitate project execution

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
6-8 years of DevOps experience
Excellent understanding of GitLab, Terraform, AWS, Lambda Function, Python, Perl, and Java
Configuration and managing databases such as Redshift
Excellent troubleshooting
Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Experience developing engineering applications for a large corporation
Demonstrated project development and leadership skills
Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Experience working together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications Infrastructure as Code
Working knowledge of backend container, orchestrator - AWS, API Expose - AWS API Gateway, Service Discovery of Microservices - AWS, Packaging - Docker, Packer Code quality review
