Responsibilities
Integrate and automate bot deployment and monitoring with AWS and DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kore.ai bots, APIs, and integrations.
Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS, including EC2/S3/Lambda and other AWS services.
Set up scalable environments for bot applications, ensuring high availability
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and other relevant tools to streamline bot development and deployment processes.
Automate deployments and operations to improve the efficiency of development and production workflows.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments.
Implement Docker for containerization of applications, ensuring seamless deployment and scaling.
Manage container orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes (if applicable).
Automate bot testing and deployment processes.
Manage source code repositories using Git, ensuring clean and efficient version control workflows.
Ensure proper branching, merging, and release management processes.
Provide troubleshooting support for issues related to bots, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps processes.
Investigate and resolve performance, security, and infrastructure issues in a timely manner.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science / Software Engineering / or a related field
Minimum of 6+ years with hands-on experience as Platform Engineer
Hands on experience with AWS, DevOps, Jenkins, Shell scripting, Python, Kubernetes/Docker
Demonstrable previous ownership of large infrastructure in data centers and cloud
Understanding of public clouds and hands on knowledge on building cloud-based environments, particularly AWS and container orchestration
Capable of writing code to deliver highly automated infrastructure environments that support the wider IT department using an agile methodology
Experience of software release management, git flow
