Responsibilities
Diagnose, resolves, and escalates service impacting issues.
Uses continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to support automated testing and deployments.
Develop monitoring and alerting platforms to detect and resolve performance impacting issues.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and provide solutions that meet business needs.
Provides technical support to the development team.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Designs, develops, and maintains automation framework and tools.
Manages the deployment and maintenance of applications and infrastructures.
Monitors system performance, availability, and troubleshoots issues.
Automates software delivery processes.
Implements continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Uses metrics and analytics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and provide solutions that improve productivity and quality.

Required
3+ year’s relevant experience.
Must meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college), Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field, Certification in relevant focus area.
