Responsibilities

Utilize understanding of 3-tier architecture to address issues, outliers, and recommend proactive solutions.

Implement Okta SSO with vendors and partners to ensure seamless authentication and access control. in working sessions, CICD triaging, resolving access issues.

Enhance documentation and processes that cannot be automated, offering engineering teams expertise in availability, performance, and scalability.

Ensure compliance with general requirements for all integration CI- related activities, including diagrams, dependencies, monitoring and logging plans.

Required

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe Agile, to drive 'Agile way of doing' on DX Ops initiatives (and cloud technologies).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of industry-standard skill sets, including 3-tier architecture, MS SQL Servers, Agile methodologies, and capacity planning.

Proficiency with additional industry standards relevant to the role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend proactive solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Knowledge of change management processes and functions, including compliance requirements for deployments.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
